Veterans Day History In Dallas: |
| In 1998 the veteran community re-established The Dallas Veterans
Day Parade. The organization was incorporated in January 2000 and an IRS
501 (c) (3) rating was granted that same year. The organization is comprised
of a cross section of elected veteran organization leaders of all ranks
and service branches. Attention was also given to the qualifications and
performance record of those elected to lead the organization.
